Engineering in the Classroom

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Do you want to create problem solvers in your classroom?
Do you want your students to have a process for solving those problems?
Do you want your students to think deeper about concepts and not just have the surface level information?
Then this is a must session for you!  During this session we will explore the Engineering Design Process and live the Engineering Design Process through an activity that has to do with erosion.  This is a specific activity, but we will also discuss how and where you can get more activities that connect to your curricullum.  The content will be upper elementary in this session, however, the concepts learned can be applied K-12.  You will need to know what the Engineering Design Process is before coming to this session (Google it :-) )  Due to the work we are doing, the sooner you get there, the better.  Max 25-30 attendees.
